Justin Scott
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Mr. Scott brings diverse real estate development and investment experience across multiple asset classes. Prior to founding Origen, Justin served as Vice President and Market Leader for Lifestyle Communities, where he launched the company’s Texas division, and established a $600+ million pipeline of multifamily mixed-use projects, solidifying the company’s presence in the region. He has also held leadership roles at Hughes Capital Management and Conor Commercial Real Estate / McShane Development, spearheading acquisitions, development management, capital raising, lease-up, asset management, and sales efforts for multifamily, office, industrial, and master-planned projects. Prior to this, Mr. Scott worked at Situs (now SitusAMC), where he provided advisory services to financial institutions and investors of all types of real estate assets across the country.
